I enjoyed the book.. This is the 4th book in the series. Sometimes I have to rewind back when I am listening and fall asleep. I love the story line.

I was glad to finally see a book that told the story of this tragedy, but it did not meet expectations. Who knew that so many empires would fall because of the machine. Great story and I can’t wait for the next book in both series

I found this one a difficult listen. I only finished because I had already invested so much time into it hoping it would get better. I found the characters unrelatable and the story just seemed to drag on. I am surprised by the high ratings but maybe it just wasn’t for me.

Ward Carroll is a great story teller. I spent my time in service with Army Special Forces, Field Artillery, Army Security Agency, Chemical Corps, etc. from enlisted to officer. One of those that makes you stay up later than you should because you want to know what happens next. I hope the story continues!

This series and omega force are great. Due to work I’m in my truck a lot and have easily listened to each book in this series, Omega Force and Black Fleet five time.

I enjoyed the story line up until the end. I felt abandoned, left hanging. I had hoped there would have been a better conclusion

Great to see them reconstituted and back to work. Pulled a lot of loose ends back together.
