A good book, which details specific crimes and how they influenced the changing of laws and people’s attitudes towards crimes. The writer is excellent, informative and fun.The narrator is, unfortunately a bit monotonous and so parts of this book drag on. However! This is the sort of book that is best read in small doses..

Excellent overview of a life worth noting. Provides historical information needed to start an understanding of a man that impacted his time and how his life generated ripples into future years.
This was a wonderful recounting of the individuals, their thoughts, and their environments that all had a part in the development of thermodynamics. It does get a little math heavy at some points, but even if you’re mildly familiar with these equations it shouldn’t be too hard to follow.

Just finished Book 3 and it was just as good as Book 1&2. Should be required reading for every parent of a back aviator! I’m recommending to our USNA class of 2024 new aviation selectee parents group.

A nice diversion, treading familiar ground, with marginally relatable characters, told in an efficient, if not inspiring, manner, with an adequate narrator. Not bad. Not too memorable. I didn’t regret the time spent listening.
Had to quit listening to this due to how absolutely annoying the narrarator is. I cannot stress how upset this made me, listening to such an annoying person describe something which is meant to be enjoyeable and relaxing. Annoying. Incredibly annoying. Superbly annoying. Don’t listen.
If you love a good story, a garden, and all things British, you will very much enjoy this book 🙂
