I really got tired of deep detsils about The mob bosses. I don’t need 17 chapters anout Carlos Marcello.

It was a good idea with bad execution. The language fluctuated between unnecessarily crude to totally clinical. We never really get to know the characters very well and the origin myth from the alien planet was placed strangely.

The entire series is excellent!!! This book was also very creative, interesting and engaging! I couldn’t put this down. I highly recommend the entire series and I can’t wait for the next book!

I wish the reviews had mentioned the book was about pologmy. Not a book for me.

its funny, witty, and is an amazingly told story just like the rest of the series. i’ve read & listened to all of them many times. by far my favorite author. cant wait to see what she does next with Samuel.

This story is solid. I like the characters for the most part, but the narration is average at best. He just doesn’t have enough good voices imo. If only RC Bray could have narrated this…and everything else for that matter! Not sure I’ll continue in the series

It was so creative, exciting and I wanted more!! I am on to the next book in this series.

I am mostly liking the series but I don’t know what was going on with this book. There were several times when the story jumped forward so suddenly that I felt like I must have accidentally fast forward it or something

I was thinking of a fun story line. The base commander gets demoted and start s to run the team. The reason why I say it is that someone in accounting finds the slush funds that John Brown set up with his team..with all there names on the account.. And the admiral is sent out..
