Really wanted to like this but the characters just felt adolescent. Felt like the Duane Johnson Jumanji movie in spaceships without the comedy. Didn’t bother to finish.

Superb account of Van Gogh’s tumultuous and awe-inspiring life. Long, but riveted through and through. Highly recommend.

Not a terrible story but felt very much amateurish to me. Not enough development. Lots of speeding through character and plot development. Unique concept and I really enjoyed it and got into the series. The first two books have been good and I plan to continue with the third.
