I like this book a ton, but moreso after the MC met the aliens. In the first 5-6 chapters, his reflections on his life nearly had me climbing the walls. It got a ton better after that.

This book is a must read for art lovers, especially Van Gogh fans. It is long but well worth the listen.

I blew through the first 5 books because the story is so much fun. Characters are well-developed as is the plot. There are enough twists and turns, plus the occasional humor is fabulous. Have fun with this series.

Loves dogs, good space opera. Creative creatures and planets. Easy listening and good character development.

The premise is interesting. The story had potential. Other reviews have gone in detail about how bad the book is. I will only say the story is frustrating. The character has excellent credentials, ex military, marine biologist yet behaves like a child. I will recommend for kids under 15

even for a young readers book it goes Nowhere. it’s as If this book was written by a young reader. about 8 th grade level.

Excellent story telling and the narrator is amazing. Highly recommended. Starting book 2 tonight. Can’t wait to see where this story goes.

Interesting story and characters, never boring. Kind of reminds me of a Jack Reacher character in outer space. Creative device used to attract world powers.
