I liked the story but it just seemed to be lacking detail and depth. The battle scenes were short and glossed over. I was always waiting for the story to hit its arc, but it just didn’t seem to get there.

As a writer it was therapy to hear the private thoughts of these amazing authors, their insecurities and doubts coupled with their trials and tribulations was nourishing to the spirit. I intimately felt every minute of this, hands down my favorite book regarding writing so far.
