A story of daughters and mothers and generations, this beautiful tale captures the reader from beginning to end. I found myself reflecting on my own mother, and grandmothers. Lynn Austin has once again given us an engaging tale of grace and love.

People coming to America for religious freedom, but then they seem to pass down the rules of that religion rather than the grace of God in Christ.
