I enjoyed the three generation story and how our sins affect future generations. The Christian author delved deep and it also talks about emigration from Europe which my grandparents did.

a story of faith, determination, love, hope, strength and secrets. It will make you reflect on your own life and how you see God and how God sees you. laughter and tears.

Usually I’m not a fan of mixed timelines, going back and forth, this was done incredibly well. Tears for me at the end. Superb!!

Fun listen. Really got into it after about an hour. Had a couple different suspects going for some time.

this book was hard to stop listening to as it was engaging, a bit unexpected, and contained great christian principles throughout. realistic and not preachy!

The storyline was predictable, but ok. But, the reader voice I found very hard to tolerate. I had to quit after chapter 14!

The hissing of the narrators “ssss” sounds and audible breathing at the end of every sentence made it hard to focus on what turned out to be a mundane plot anyway.

Such a great story! The ending…not expecting it! Jennifer has such a great writing style.
