Loved a few of the story lines but cluttered up with depressing and uninteresting filler stories. No clues which story appears next. Too many characters. I give up! since there is no connection between the various stories. Maybe separate the stories into five or six books so it is readable!

I had listened to the leave the world behind series and really enjoyed it. I was actually re-listening to it and decided I wanted to hear a new story so I gave this a shot. Glad I did.
I consume a ton of apocalypse fiction, and most of the authors…well; we’ll just say that McDermott really stands out, The Disruption Trilogy is great. I enjoyed the characters and their storyline. Kevin Peirce is my favorite dystopia story narrator.

The story is compelling and I went through this book in 3 days, the second day I drove nearly 400 miles listening all the way

I listen to audiobooks to help me stay awake while driving. This one definitely had the opposite effect.
Great read! Highly recommend! A+ I’m not one to write reviews, but Mark Goodwin is an amazing writer and has a way with words! I’ve never had a book make my physically angry but this one did! Great example of standing up for what is right!
