I wanted to get into this. I did. I enjoyed the other works by this author. But this one fell short. It droned on and never really picked up to a steady pace.

I definitely found myself turning it off a couple times before bed after getting spooked. it was a good story, certainly glad it’s not mine, and the narrator did a good job most of the time but in the very beginning it was like he was just rambling. he finally did get into it though..

I really liked this one, most of the stories are very good and original, it was worth the credit.

Was a great listen and very relatable as I am going through something not as bad but still terrifying in my own home.

Fantastic book. The narration grabs you and takes you on a wild ride. Had my heart racing.

I felt horrible for Deanna and especially losing 15 years of your life in a dark frightening house. The whole time, throughout this book, I was very upset at Tom for being in denial and watching his wife go through this alone! But overall, the book kept you on the edge.

Like most anthologies I have listened to, there are good stories and not so good stories. Definitely some I would like to see turned into full novels or series. The narration was superb throughout. The narrator is excellent at sounding like a demon. I would recommend.

Excellent start to the series. Good narration. I can’t wait to listen to the next book. Highly recommended!!!
