What is this accent?

Could not figure out what the accent was or its’ goal. Not only was it unnecessarily annoying, but also hard to understand at times. The writing pulled in every uninspired dialogue trope while changing the style to be different. Stayed for Robin’s and Alex? Ericks? Arrix? Second hand embarrassment when they spoke to each other.
