help me!!! I have too many feelings about this empath and his hot scary Deadman boyfriend

I love the whole storyline ! Had me choked up several times. Very tastefully done. All of the main characters were pretty well thought out. Needs to be followed up with the kids as adults.

I found it hard to listen to with all of the anti-religion throughout this series.

I’m not sure how a book can be written with such dark back stories while being so funny I dang near pee myself! But here we are! I hope this series keeps on coming. This was phenomenal!

Really dislike the voice of Mitch. Really cool concept but I didn’t really enjoy any of the spicy scenes.

The author creates such entertaining, funny, and endearing characters. I have trouble keeping track of the complex ghost rules, but the mystery romp is so fun that I don’t mind.

Pros: Strong weaving of different POVs, nudging the plot forward, and slow burn romance. And thankfully less angsty fainting and vomiting than the first. Cons: I’m still getting my head around how empathy works and progresses. Maybe I’m being too “dead man” logical.

These two are hilarious and so perfect together!! I loved this. Suspenseful, crazy, funny, and full of so much witty banter!

A really great read with an audio narration that matches the story really well and brings Johnny and Matty to life in excrement fashion. A truly well done biawakening with complex and messy characters that grow into each other as they deepen an unexpected friendship into more. Definitely worth a read.
