The accent the voice actor did for Elliot was so obnoxious I only make it 3 chapters in before I had to shut it off. Woof.

I love the intertwining between these stories of the brothers, their adversaries and their loves! Brothers, sisters, adjacent lands and such! I’m immersed into the story, the love, adventure and family bonds!

Best crime drama I ever read. The Callahan family is complex and extremely entertaining.

I’m so happy I listened to this for myself and didn’t get too put off because of the comments, I loved it. It was short but given that its ment to be the first in a series I find it unique and charming. Can’t wait for the next.
