Enjoyed this entire series from the first paragraph to the last. In fact, I was glad that it ended the way it did to tie the ending back to the beginning five books ago. I like these authors and I now have a better listening device so I can enjoy Joel Leslie at his best…

I’ve read all the books in the Beacon Hill series, and this was at times a surprisingly sensitive portrayal of someone putting their life back together after substance abuse and family tragedy.
