Morton and Leslie deliver another winner…

Review from The Summer of Us →

The Summer of Us is a companion story to Lily Morton’s Beggar’s Choice series, falling somewhere between the second and third books, Trust Me and Keep Me, respectively. The aforementioned series is currently not available for purchase or to borrow on Kindle Unlimited (since Morton’s titles appear to all be part of KU, but I..

Review from Hidden Species: The Complete Series →

this is truly one of the best collections I’ve ever listened to. I love all the characters. I’ve listened to 400 plus books and this is the first book that made me giggly and laughing and crying. I love these characters so much and I’m sad that there aren’t further escapades. I’m definitely keeping this..

narrator

Review from The White Picket Fence →

I. love karen rose books. normally but this was the wrong narrator for this book. I couldn’t finish it because of the narrator, I have heard other stories narrated by this man but this one should have been done by someone else.

Spicy fantasy world

Review from DragonRider →

🌶️ Three dragon riders ménage 🌶️I honestly enjoyed this one a lot. Joel Leslie did a fantastic job narrating as usual. The plot, which there is one, is relatively simple yet enjoyable.

Horrible narration

Review from The White Picket Fence →

I nearly returned this book because of the narration. The narrator sounds like a drunk, chain-smoking, Thurston Howel the third from the old Giligan’s Island TV show. I love the author and her books so I toughed it out.

So cute

Review from Dragged to the Wedding →

I loved the story of James and Daniel. Crazy families. Friends and drag queens. What ever could go wrong with a wedding and how Daniel saved the day. How fast the fell in love, when you know you know. Great read.

Thank you!

Review from Hijinks with a Hellhound →

Love this series so very much, but the best part about the audio is Joel Leslie’s talent. Not only does he have distict voices for each character (and there are a lot), but he keeps the same voice throughout the entire series. So, the way that Alistair sounds in this book is the exact same..

Hard to listen to

Review from Sparktopia →

Overall the story was alright. I feel like it ended very abruptly after all of the time spent building it up. It also took me quite awhile to understand what the book was even about. Interesting concept. The narration for the main characters was great, but whoever did Mitchell, Stain, and Delta (clearly the same..

Good concept poor execution

Review from Sparktopia →

This story ultimately had a lot of potential due to the interesting concept, however fell flat because of 1. Unlikable main characters, 2. Weak writing 3. Poor editing (half the sentences repeat themselves in slightly different ways) 4. Annoying male character voices to the point of distracting….i suspect that most of these issues could be..
