Loved the story. I laughed and cried and couldn’t stop listening. The narration made it even better. 100% recommend

I had so much fun listening to this! The perfect lighthearted listen that was a good balance of spooky ghost haunting and charming romance. The characters were well fleshed out and I loved them both! Can’t wait to listen to the next book in the series!

I enjoyed the audiobook. The story was fairly predictable. However, I am normally a fan of Joel, Leslie, but not in this case. Really didn’t care for his performance of Brendan.. The arrogant tone was just a little bit too much for me for a full 12 hours.

Eileen Glass is a highly skilled writer. I liked the book and Joel’s performance although I got used to hearing his narrations of Louisa Masters’ CSG/DEA etc. book series so it was a tad jarring the way Joel paused between saying a sentence and then stating who said it (or the rest of the paragraph). Other than that I really enjoyed it..

Cat Sebastian is quickly becoming my favourite author – this is the most wonderful story with excellent writing, perfect level of spice, and great pacing. Joel Leslie is incredible and I thought his narration was pitch perfect for Dacre and Sedgwick.
