When you can skip entire chapters because the next chapter does a recap of the previous chapter from a different characters point of view,. the book was too long for the plot and had way too many characters. I personally didn’t like the Jake Stockton arc, but that is probably just me.

I have listen to the Wayward Pines trilogy, and enjoyed them. This is much more of a standard thriller/suspense novel. All of his books are good, and for different reasons. Snowbound is not complicated, and as twisty and full of turns, but it is well written and engaging. Enjoyed, thanks Mr. Crounch
