Overall, I really enjoyed this book. As others have stated, I wished for a different ending. Both narrators did a wonderful job. Usually, I prefer just one narrator but they made it work beautifully. I received this audio book for free through Audiobook Boom for my unbiased review.

I have enjoyed the whole solar clipper series and In Ashes Born is a great addition to the series. Even though I would have preferred to have heard Nathan Lowell read the book, I found Jeffrey Kafer’s rendition of the characters to fit in with the story. Cant wait to read the next installment.
