well developed characters that while the author shamelessly “borrows” from other works and micks multiple generes openly, manages to still be unique and thrilling. can’t wait for many more in the series to come!

It felt awkward, I’m just not sure. I really struggled to get into it as a result.

So, as much of a fan of C.T. Phipps work as I have been, I have absolutely no idea why I wanted so long to pick this one up. I guess since I don’t consider myself a huge comic book, superhero, or fantasy nerd but reading through this book in a couple days tells me..

thought this series had ended. I’m glad it wasn’t. Love the 80’s pop cultural references, and yes the song is now stuck in my head. loved, laughed, and can’t wait for the next one.

book 2 begins 4years later than book 1. Kidnapping and danger awaits you listeners. Book 3 here I come.

Tournament has more of what you’ve come to expect from the Supervillainy series. Whether or not that’s a good thing depends on how you feel about the previous 4 books. I expect that fans will enjoy this quite a bit. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this..
