Phipps keeps this series light and entertaining, however, the main character is facing some deep interpersonal dilemmas. Story is really good, well thought out for a blatant Mortal Kombat ripoff. Toasty! “I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.”
