First book was fun, but this one was really awful pulp. Ruined the whole series. What a waste of time!

Loved the first 3 books. This one just didn’t make sense to me. It was written well and I can appreciate the ptsd angle but there were so many things that just didn’t fit. These characters did a lot of stupid things that I can’t reconcile.

The story continues and Jeffrey Kafer sounds so much better my iPhone reading the kindle version.Many questions are answered as the series moves along. If you have not read the first book buy this one but don’t listen to it until you have bought the rest and caught up.

Characters made sense, and action was mostly logical. Fair start to a series of books that should be interesting.

Honestly it feels like it was written by a child, so if it was then well done.

That was refreshing. Every superheros’s fan should listen to that 😀 I recommend greatly. This saga is a MUST-HAVE

love the series and this book is another example of why I do.great characters, good story line, great narrator.

Good logical story. it was very entertaining and did not drag on like the first one.

Not much story movement. Damien hops around pulling wins out of his magical hat and hand but, for all the flash and bang, the actual story didn’t move much. Also, some of the magical moments were outright farcical. Glynn also introduces a new character who is an inspector who he coaxes to work for him..

Earth after a invasion and how the Earth comes back and how they continue to fight! Interesting story and I will keep reading as I want to know what happens. it held my interest and kept me guessing!
