Initial reviews were strong but they were likely friends and family of the author. Adrian Hell was supposed to be the world’s best assassin but made way too many stupid errors. The reader that was praised in early reviews was not good. Never finished the book.
This story kept me guessing from one chapter to the next. I honestly didn’t see most of that coming. He was always in the right place at the right time.
