The writing is sophomoric at best… and the narration is an amateur nearly mono-tone effort…not worth listening to. so bad… in so many ways

Imp is a well written story that fare warns you not to mess with things you don’t understand or can handle. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased review here of my own free will. I received this book for free upon my request.

the book is good, the story and setting are very fun. the Mc however left me feeling frustrated with his lack of foresight and planning to almost every danger he encounters.

This reads like a book report written by a high school kid about his “hero” who can do no wrong and it is rampant with racism

An ever growing portion of seemingly “14 year old-esq” angst seems to be being added more and more to the recipe…

I love this story because it keeps you engaged and pushes the boundaries of what you think the characters are capable of. Very much ready to start the next set of books.

The narrator did a superb job of sounding like he was personally sharing the details of the young students and the psychopath that planned and executed a horrendous murder. The story was made even more compelling by describing each of the victims in amazing detail. I couldn’t stop listening!

I really love the book series. I highly recommend it give it a try and definitely give the corresponding book series a try as well well worth it
