Slow moving story

The story behind Bone Deep is quite fascinating and riveting, but this book plodded along and moved too slowly in telling it. The thing about Bone Deep is that it’s told from the perspective of the defense attorney in this case, and that rendered it rather dry. Narration was okay.

A very good collection of short stories. There weren’t really any duds among them but in my opinion, “Those Who Are Terrified”, “The Glimmer Girls”, and “Portrait” are standouts. I’m glad this was included with an Audible membership but I wouldn’t have been upset if I had spent a credit.
