I picked this book up on a whim and while David Stifel took me a little getting used to, I have come to appreciate his character representations of Jason, Riley, and Frank. I have already purchased the next 4 books and look forward to diving in on them.

Maybe this is a textbook but is not written to be read. Unless you like a million very large names

I like this novel addition to the series because the MC has a completely different take on how to play and make friends. Death and Taxes easily is the guild I would join in AO.

Regardless of how much you may or may not enjoy aviation, you’re doing yourself a great disservice if you don’t read this book. Truly awe inspiring and I didn’t want it to end. And they way it was portrayed audibly was beautiful!

The voice acting was solid, the story was great even if a bit predictable for adults. I highly recommended this book 🙂

so enjoyed this story about Chuck Yeager‘s life. Listening to his wife was such a treat too. He was a real man a real guy. And I think he would’ve been just wonderful to have known. I look forward to listening to this one again.
