Clever entertaining story. I like the historical details. The narrator is awful. He makes all the characters sound like prissy old men. The American accents are especially bad.

Thomas Paine’s thoughts and reasonings should be the subject of every American high schoolers’ reading or listening attention. There is much to be learned and appreciated in these writings.

I did enjoy this book and the audible performances, but my goodness, it was very long indeed. I wanted to read it because Barbara kingsolver’s has a new book out that was inspired by David Copperfield. So now that I have finish this book, I am on to “Demon Copperhead,”

Fantastic book series thats every day more plausible with the development of things like chatgpt etc. Very forward thinking while staying true to its swords and sorcery core.

I wish this would one day convert into anime. I never would imagine the plot twist. My respect to Travis, and i hope the next one would come soon enough. I feel like it all the past book are just a prequel, this is just the beginning of what is truly an epic adventure.
