Took to long to get interesting.

The first 16 hours are just bickering between Jason and Katie with bouts of anti-capitalist rhetoric being pushed. I powered through because I’ve loved the series and the it’s what introduced me to the litrpg genre. After the first 16 hours it reads more akin to the classic style. Looking forward to the next book.

Big payoff at the end but you definitely have to endure the back and forth throughout the very long story. it probably could have been tightened up a bit but there was still a lot of things that left more questions like where did this holotech come from so quickly? I did not like this book, I felt like filler at its worst. The parts that were actually interesting were rushed and felt like the author could have done more with those parts instead of Katie’s constant complaining, Julia once again the “greatest, bestest, awesomest, blah, blah” I want to go into so many details..
