Loved this story, but had to stop the audible and read the ebook because the narrator wasn’t my favorite. I wish they would have selected a narrator who spoke Japanese fluently. I live in Japan and hearing some of the Japanese words spoken awkwardly was a little frustrating. I’m sure Andrew is a great narrator,..

This is a good story with some very small issues. The MC is slowly coming to grips with his personal losses as well as his responsibilities. The story line grew lame after book one. There were periods in the story where the author went way too far into detail as to what the character was thinking. It’s pretty obvious what most people would think in these situations and part of hearing or reading a story is self reflection in putting yourself..
