This is absolutely the best Viking Norse book I have found yet. Great stories even better breakdowns.
Although the first book isn’t really set in space, it does begin with aliens! There were plot twists, characters to love and hate — and who grew and evolved with the plot. The twists were — well twistier— than usual in sci fi, which I loved. And, not everyone survives, bringing both emotion and drama..
I liked it it was fun I don’t know if I’m going to continue the series but I thought the author used a lot of imagination I just don’t know if I’m a fan of the whole Chinese philosophy thing that goes on during the whole thing
I want more!! Want to follow them on their trek back to Colorado and beyond. I absolutely loved everything about this series. This is the first series since mid March I’ve truly loved. Please continue with more:). Also love the narrator…bravo!!!
Full disclosure, I only made it a few hours into the book. Minor plot spoilers follow. The story has a good premise, guy finds out he’s kind of magic in an otherwise normal world. Except, turns out he’s always had a form of magic(the name of the book is a hint) and his family knows..
Before listening to this series, I have read only one other sci-fi fantasy series (that was way more on the fantasy side) in my life. Sci-Fi has never held any attraction for me. I’m even anti-Star Wars. That being said, let’s begin my review! I took a chance with this series and I’m very glad..
This was a pretty mediocre book. The main protagonist was a pretty unsympathetic idiot. He’s basically compelled into each conflict by force for the most part, complains the whole time, overestimates his abilities constantly, and swoons for his ex the rest of the book. He also pretty much goes through every confrontation without any real..
THE.WATSON.GIRL by Leslie.Wolfe, another thriller told in the first person. We have Garza awaiting execution in a few weeks, also known as the family man. It was the females he compared to apples. He watched every detailed of the family before, leaving nothing to chance. Seeing a decal on the Watson van, as he was leaving..
