I love war novels. But, this one is a snoozer. I was looking forward to listening to it, real disappointed

I hated the ending I really hate it when you kill characters I like but it was a pretty good book filled with action like Jerry the looker

All I have to say is that if your a fan of Scfi Original movies search no further than this book. after listening to this book I immediately bought the two sequels and am very much looking forward to hearing those.

You can’t imagine a gentleman like this author ever knowing an earthly thing about the underbelly of life that this novel depicts, but his writing resounds with the tone of real people imbedding a real place in time. The characters were indistinct and we didn’t really care about them. Same old troupes, not much new or different in the story. listened to the audio book. narrator was very good.

This is the 2nd book from this author and I enjoyed both. I guess I’ll be reading more from this author. The narrator was fantastic in this book. I read some and then turned the audio on and was hooked.
