Have been listening to the entire series over the last month at work and it has kept me interested the entire time! Love the fact that the original cast are still here, many stories like this are too dark in my mind. Good mix of suspense, comedy and action. My favorite part of this book..
I really like the whole joke of the story. I made it through book 1. Story was ok, then it fell into the same old gangs controlling everything, raping, pillaging and slavery. I’m sorry, but if people cannot survive after 96% of the population have died (quickly) and you still have access to all of your resources, you were not meant to make it…
Interesting magic system, engaging characters and a deep sense of humanity. Refreshing lack of tired tropes.
It was a good story. I dont get the hype. So many people had this on their best reads list. Was well written. The focuses went on and on and was a bit boring. Once it started to ramp up it just went down after that instead of building upon it.
