The story and characters are captivating and interesting. I just wish the author would have spent ten minutes researching Japanese family names, titles, and honorifics! You rarely find the title “father” without the honorific prefix O (great)…meaning it should be written Otou-San, not tousan (especially someone as important as a Matsuda) and no one except..

Incredible journey with ups and downs that leave you in tears but stronger! I normally read fantasy like sanderson and jordan BUT im so glad i listened to this audio book!! The fact this was her first release and self published is incredible. Love it!
