Good points: It’s a relatively quick read, packed w/ an appropriate ratio of background on narc, the signs, and self-help tips. However, on a couple occasions throughout the book, she literally STOPS you, tells you to go leave a review, while you’re learning how to heal…. It was EXTREEEEEEMELY off-putting the first time and mind-boggling..
