This third book in this series notched the story up to an even higher level. There was a lot of action, intrigue, emotions and suspense which kept me on my toes. Can’t wait to listen to book 4.

I loved this series although I wish it was longer. It felt rushed closer to the end. Definitely worth the read.

This is one of the best cities I have read so far and it is very well written by K. A. Tucker even the performance is very good and narrators are amazing. I finished all four books in a jiffy. I could not put it down until I finish the last one.

Enjoyed this series. I didn’t think I would but to my surprise it is excellent. I recommend this series. It will keep you on edge.

The first books were interesting and so I continued the series. This 3rd book is seemingly drawn out and is mostly subject to Mercys back and forth monolog with herself, regurgitating the same internal struggle which each chapter. K. A. Tucker is one of the most amazing writers ever I have read her Wolf Hotel series and they are undescribable and the series is almost as good as that one. It’s so amazing. Do not miss it.

I love the gangster, storyline, and the prison life. The sexy details are wonderful. This is a author. I would totally recommend.

This last book of the series left me a little wanton, I felt like I needed more. The story seemed like it was missing something and really moved slowly for me. The narrator’s were great as always but I did feel like I need more of Gabriel’s underground life in this one

I kept listening, thinking it would all come together and make sense in the end, but instead it just ended? I even doubled back a little to make sure I didn’t miss something, nope, this is all she wrote!

I really enjoyed this series, it’s especially good for a free option. But I just am completely over Mercy’s waffling back and fourth. Like girl this is the literal 4th book. I get it, you think that good and bad is black and white but you sure do enjoy the perks of the bad don’t..
