Really disappointed with this book in the series. I noticed with this series that each of the books is written by a different author. Not familiar with this author, but this book was a sheer irritation to make it through to the end. I’m going to try and make a mental note of this author’s..
So far, I really am enjoying this series. Each book features a dog with a different skill or ability. So far, each of this books that I’ve read up to this point have had good character development and a suspenseful story line.
I like the theme in this series of books. Each dog highlighted has a different skill. There’s plenty of suspense and good character developement.
I’m looking forward to the rest of the books in this series. Good character development and plenty of suspense.

very good series. Enjoy the storyline small town mountain ambiance. author does a great job of describing the characters and individual personalities. the only character that I think is a bit annoying is Fred. tries to comes across as tough but waffles back and forth emotionally. it could be the reader has an immature voice..
