A great cast, an interesting horse motif, and a plot that sounds justifiably plausible! I think I may have enjoyed Damascus Station a bit more, though this a strong follow up.

This book is awful. Chapter 1: privileged suburban individuals, blocked off neighborhood from zombies and any survivors, kills children, makes fun of and mocks a preacher and religion, while laughing, and having fun. chapter 2: more killing human not zombie children…. Lots of them. Started off terrible and just continues. Don’t waste your credits.

Plot contrivances used to advanced ideas taken too often. Healthy dose of POTUS, Syrian President both conspired to achieve their objectives, ridiculous code names, sex, betrayal and redemption.
