Why devote 3 books to Tessa and Lucas to just write an entirely different storyline. Would have liked to see Lucas become the man Tessa needed. Write a different book with the story of the last book. Just weird.

This 3rd book almost destroyed me listening to it. We have probably all known the feeling of not being enough. At 59, I’m still waiting to be. This book perfectly describes how it feels.
Listened because it was free and I needed something mindless after reading a very serious book. The story was pretty hot. But, readers should beware of possible consent and other triggers. aside from the triggers the story had tons of spicy scenes. The narrator wad fantastic his gritty voice added so much to the spicy scenes.
