I can’t even finish it. I don’t care at all about the characters and find them annoying. The story is so slow to get anywhere and it makes zero sense half the time. How would someone who is terrified and whining 80% of the time be the hero of anything?

The story had promise but failed on execution. Repetitive, jarring and unsure whether it wants to read like a classic or a penny dreadful. At least 5hours too long.
