I have loved the first book in the series Blue Billing and I have been waiting for this sequel for quite a while. Lily Morton is my favorite if not one of my most favorite authors and I have always been looking forwrad to every book of hers. And this new paranormal series of hers is such a true delight for this one very hungry listener.
We see the relationship development between Blue and Levi when Blue finally agreeed to move into Levi’s house which is also notoriously known as the haunted murder house. However an unpecter relative of Blue which is his long lost father suddenly appeared in front of them wanting to investigate this haunted house, Blue found himself being attracted to the past he both wanted to forget and investigate. Frankly speaking, I like this one even more than the first book because it isn’t as spooky as the first book. Don’t get me wrong, I love paranormal but my little rabbit heart can’t handle too much scary. Overall, I liked that I know more about the relationship development between Levi and Blue and that we get to know more side characters such as Tom and Declan in depth. I’m hoping for third book in the series because I can’t get enough of Declan and Blue. And as always, Joel Leslie did a wonderful job bringing Lily’s characters to life.
