This one just didn’t do it for me. The book did not pull me in at all, and I felt it was almost a chore to get thru. I had no desire to get back to it, and it took way to long for me to make it thru a sub 7 hour book. I constantly felt myself drifting off and not paying attention, and it got to a point where I didn’t even want to rewind and go back to see if I missed something. I’m not sure I can say I even completed this book, because I’m sure that I missed a section somewhere.
The humor is still great, but the problem is that the style of humor almost becomes a distraction when there isn’t enough storyline to support it. listening to a book just to hear one liners just doesn’t work.
sorry, but I really cant recommend this one. not horrible, but there are just so many better choices.
