I love Kate Stewart and have read/listened to most of her catalog so my expectations are high when it comes to her books and this one was “ehh” at best, although some of this could have been due to the female narrator. I agree with a previous review that mentions the female narrator sounding robotic at times, it was weird and really distracting it took a lot away from the story.
