I enjoyed the first two books, which seemed to have good progression, humor, and creativity, if a bit raunchier than the normal fare I read. However, in this book I spent the majority of the time feeling bad for Fizzy as she is continuously abused, both physically and mentally, which seems to peak when she’s raped in the midst of a tentacle orgy, facilitated by Boxy. On top of that, this book plods along without the creativity, pacing, and humor of the previous two books.
I’ve looked at a lot of other reviews for this series and this book appears to be the point where readers either get sick of the author’s thinly veiled rape/vore/abuse fetishes or pile onboard for the rest. I had to DFN this book because this just ventured too far into bad taste for me, regardless of what future books hold. Based on what I’ve read, this is also an EXTREMELY toned down version of the web series that was posted by the author before getting edited/toned down for Amazon.
