These two are mentioned so many times through this series that I couldn’t wait to hear their story. I will say that I certainly want disappointed, but man that last part really tore me up!
Lydia has a way of pulling you so deeply into the story that these characters could be your friends or family, and to read/hear their story laid out in the way that it is is heart wrenching. It’s a work of fiction, and yet at the end you’ll want to battle for the world to change. You know a story is powerful when that happens.
David Allen Vargo did a great job with the narration. A few of his voice made me giggle but once I got used to them I was just along for the ride. Highly suggest giving his works a listen!
