Was a recommendation so I bought this but many of the examples were no brained or had long stories to prove how investing in one’s team is vital to that business’ success; would of rather heard about the ROI of investments or consequences of lack of investing in himself or his employees.
Jim rohn has some books that are much shorter, powerful and succinct.
