Would you listen to Bite Club again? Why?
Yes, I think the plot has a lot to offer.
What other book might you compare Bite Club to and why?
Not sure, it has its own style and that is good.
What does Kitty Hendrix bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I think her voice is wonderful, and she brings an almost tension that isn’t offered in the other versions of this book.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
not really, but some things didn’t make me overly happy with it.
Any additional comments?
At times this book has some “stereotypes” that are easy to overlook but do stand out, just in the first few chapters I noticed a few that stood out to me, I didn’t care for the overweight stereotype nor the eating cop one.
I could overlook it but I honestly felt it wasn’t worth risking the plot over, maybe it was funny and I just didn’t get it but I just couldn’t see it. I did like the vampires and how the kills where handled, and the plot has so much going on that its easy to get into all the action.
