This is another adorably hilarious novella from Elise Sax! She puts her characters into these comical situations and I just sit back and enjoy the listen. It’s guaranteed to put a smile on my face. At 2.5 hours, it’s easy to read in one sitting, and a satisfying reread later.
This author’s characters are always a hoot. I loved both Layla and Hank. Just when Layla thought she had Hank all figured out, he showed her a different side of himself and threw her off balance again.
Angie Hickman was awesome as usual, she had the perfect voice to perform these lighthearted romances. Her voice fit Layla so well, and immersed me in the story. I received a copy of the audiobook, and I’m voluntarily leaving a review. Can’t wait for the next one!
