Greystone Chronicles is a wonderful tale of friendship and discovery. This is another of the newer genre LitRPG stories that have become so popular lately, but this one is a bit different. It’s actually written very well! The main character background is fairly well-developed, although sadly the supporting characters are not. That background should have been added and would have contributed significantly considering the closeness and length of friendship among the group of gamers that the story suggests. The game details and character progress is well-done without much repetition as others have done. Alexander, the main character, carries the burden of the story and it is impossible not to like this person. His story is heartfelt; he is an honest and personable young man. Other than a minor con, I really enjoyed this story and look forward to future volumes.
