very well written. I thoroughly enjoyed this one. good world building, interesting magic system (though I’m not sure if it’s a hard or soft system yet) and great lore with out info dumping. well fleshed out characters with strong believable motives and organic interactions. I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book in the series. narrator performed admirably. perfect pace, great recording quality and good vocal range.
