Having read the newer books of Russell, I wanted to meet all the other people in the world and I’m glad I did.
If you are not aware, the new books are not romances. It’s my only dislike I have for them and I expected this to be the same and I was wrong.
This was a full on lovely romance and I enjoyed everything about it.
So David is a young fellow who has had the worst luck in love and life. Due to a mistake, he gets sent to temp at Dr Alan’s office for supernaturals. Dr Alan needs his own therapist and looks like an orc.
These two actually fall in love despite the looks and grumpiness of Alan.
So many supernatural things happen and David is almost killed a few times.
Needless to say, after all the hubbub, they get their HFN.
Joel Leslie did a good job and I cannot wait to start Mal’s story.
