I felt compelled to write a review. there are quite a few reviews that say there is no point to or conflict in this book. the first book is an introduction to the world and the main characters. there are larger over arching conflicts from the different books. this series is one of my favorites. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves action fantasy books.
